Choose your model. The field guidance in this guide will update to match.

Why register?

The power is already set for your model. Enter the total storage capacity based on the battery modules you have connected.

  • The date your system entered service

Your connection

Enter your connection details

The blank form for postal code, house number, and the last six digits of the electricity meter.

Open energieleveren.nl and choose Home & small business.

  1. Enter the postcode and house number of the location where your battery is installed.
  2. Enter the last 6 digits of your electricity meter number.
  3. Select Continue.

You can find the meter number on your electricity meter. If necessary, use the link Where can I find the meter number? on the form.

Your contact details

Request your login link

The blank contact form for a one-time login link.

Enter your initial(s), last name, and email address. You can also add a phone number.

  1. Select Send login link.
  2. Open the email from energieleveren.nl.
  3. In that email, select Log in and confirm your details.

The one-time login link will open your overview. The email may also end up in your spam folder.

A new installation

Add a home battery

The choice of a home battery with a new installation.

Check in your overview if you see the correct connection. Then choose New installation.

Select Home battery and choose Start registration.

Have you already registered solar panels? Keep that registration and add your ZinVolt with its own inverter as a home battery.

The form for the brand, type, and AC or output power of the inverter.

On the Inverter tab, select the brand ZinVolt and your model. You can enter this information yourself using Other.

Enter the AC or output power in kW listed below for your model.

Power and storage

Fill in the power and your storage

The empty fields Total capacity and Total storage capacity for the home battery.

On the Home battery tab, enter two details:

Commissioning

Choose the commissioning date

The form to select the installation commissioning date.

Open the Commissioning tab and select the date your battery was connected and commissioned.

You can find the date in your delivery details or on your invoice.

Select Next to review your details.

Finalize

Check and register

On the Check tab, review the entered information. You can adjust a section using a pencil icon.

  • Your connection and address.
  • The brand ZinVolt and the correct model code.
  • The inverter and battery power of your model in kW.
  • Your total storage capacity in kWh.
  • The commissioning date.

Is everything correct? Check I declare that I have completed the above truthfully. and select Register.

Registration questions

Why do I need to register my home battery?

Registration is mandatory for a grid-connected home battery rated at 0.8 kW or above. It lets the grid operator know which storage is present at your connection. Register your battery even if you have already registered solar panels.

I already have solar panels. How do I add my battery?

Add your ZinVolt with its own inverter as a home battery and keep your solar panel registration. Even if you previously indicated that storage was present, add the home battery with its complete details.

How do I enter the brand and model manually?

Choose Anders (Other) for the brand or model and type ZinVolt and your model code. The model codes are ZVB2000 for Base, ZVC3600 for Core and VT1000 for Power.

I am adding more storage later. What should I change?

Adding battery modules to the same inverter? Update the storage capacity of your existing registration via Mijn installaties (My installations). If you add another inverter with a battery, create a new registration.

I have multiple ZinVolt systems. Should I add everything together?

Register an additional system with its own inverter as a new installation. Include extra modules behind an existing inverter in that registration's storage capacity. Follow the conditions on energieleveren.nl when grouping multiple systems.

Where can I find my storage capacity and installation date?

You can find these details on your invoice, in your commissioning records or in your battery module documentation. Your installer or ZinVolt can help you identify the details for your configuration.
