Saving solar power for later
Solar panels often generate electricity before your home needs it. The ZinVolt Core can store available solar power and deliver it to your home later. Furthermore, the net metering scheme will end on January 1, 2027, making self-consumption more important.
From January 1, 2027, you will no longer be able to offset electricity you feed back into the grid against electricity you consume later.
Electricity you do not use immediately can go into the battery instead of straight to the grid.
This helps you get more from your own generation and depend less on expensive electricity periods.
From generation to storage
See when solar power is used directly, goes to the battery, or becomes available later. The P1 dongle PRO helps the Core recognize grid consumption and delivery.
Your home first uses the solar electricity being generated. The surplus then goes to the ZinVolt Core.
Any surplus is automatically stored for later.
This lets you use more of your own solar energy in the evening too.
In the app, you set the price limits for automatic charging and discharging.
During a power cut, connect suitable appliances directly to the Core.
One expandable Core system
The ZinVolt Core combines 4 kWh storage, an integrated inverter, and smart control. With one, two, or three ZinVolt Link modules, the same tower grows to 8, 12, or 16 kWh. The appropriate capacity mainly depends on when you feed electricity back into the grid and when you draw power later.
Modular design
A Core works independently with 4 kWh of storage. You can easily add 1, 2 or 3 ZinVolt Link modules later.
Up to 3 towers can provide a combined 48 kWh of storage. The right configuration depends on your generation, consumption and connection.

Core capacity check
This check uses only your grid import and export for a cautious initial estimate. Your panel count, household size and future plans do not automatically increase the result.
The result stays within 4, 8, 12 or 16 kWh per tower. If information is missing or unusual, we refer you for personal advice.

Accurate sizing preferably uses the median of at least 28 representative days of P1 data, spread across several seasons. A specialist also checks your meter cupboard, phase connection, peak power, installation location and future plans.

The capacity check is a preliminary first indication. For the definitive proposal, we will check your energy data, connection, placement, and future plans.
