What is the ZinVolt Mate?
The Mate is an expansion module with 1.024 kWh storage for the ZinVolt Power. The module increases capacity and uses the inverter and control system of the Power.
Does the Mate work without ZinVolt Power?
No. The Mate is not a standalone battery and only functions as part of a ZinVolt Power system.
How many Mate modules can I connect?
You can use a maximum of five Mate modules. Together with the Power's built-in 1 kWh, this creates a total capacity of up to 6 kWh.
Do I need a P1 dongle PRO for every Mate?
No. The P1 dongle PRO is linked to the Power. All connected Mate modules fall within the same system and the same control.
Can I add a Mate myself?
The module is designed for easy expansion. Always follow the current manual, use the supplied cables, and observe the prescribed power-up sequence.
How do I check the connection?
After correct connection and activation, the additional capacity will be recognized by the Power system and included in the ZinVolt app.
What warranty applies to the Mate?
